Refund policy

Little Tummy makes fresh, preservative-free food for babies and young children, prepared and delivered in Qatar. Alongside our own food, we also sell a selected range of products made by other brands, such as feeding and lifestyle items. This policy applies only to orders placed and paid for on littletummyqa.com, where all payments are made online through SkipCash. If something isn't right with your order, tell us—we would always rather fix it than leave you disappointed. How we handle it depends on what you ordered, so this policy is split into two parts: our fresh food, and everything else.

Where this policy applies

This policy covers orders placed directly on littletummyqa.com only. If you ordered Little Tummy through a third-party platform such as Talabat or Snoonu, that order is governed by the platform's own refund, cancellation, and return terms—not this policy. Please contact the platform you ordered through for anything relating to those orders. For every order placed on our website, your purchase is with Little Tummy. Even where a product was made by another brand, you deal with us—we handle it for you and never send you elsewhere.

Our fresh food

All Little Tummy food is fresh and perishable. Once it leaves our kitchen and reaches you, we cannot resell it, and we cannot verify how it has been stored. This is a food safety measure. So we do not accept returns or give refunds on food for change of mind, the wrong choice, or an order you no longer want once it has been delivered and accepted.

You are entitled to a replacement or a refund if, when your food arrives, it is:

  • Damaged before it reached you—leaking, crushed, or with packaging broken during preparation, packing, or delivery.
  • Faulty or spoiled on arrival—off in smell or appearance at the point of delivery, despite correct cold-chain handling on our side.
  • Incorrect—you received the wrong item, or an item was missing.

In these cases the fault sits with us or our delivery, and we will make it right, quickly. We cannot help where the problem is caused after delivery or is outside our control—for example, food left out of the fridge or freezer, kept beyond the storage instructions on the label, or food that has been consumed where no fault is present.

Other products and lifestyle items

Products that are not fresh food—feeding accessories, lifestyle items, and similar—can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Contact us first and we will arrange it. You are also entitled to a replacement or refund if one of these products arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Where a product is made by another brand and carries that brand's own warranty for manufacturing defects, we will help you make that claim—but you do not need to contact the brand yourself. We deal with it on your behalf. We cannot accept returns of products that have been used, are missing their packaging, or have been damaged after delivery.

How to make a claim

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery for food, or within the return window above for other products. Fresh food cannot be assessed days later, so for food this window matters.

  1. Email us at hello@littletummyqa.com, quoting your order number.
  2. Send a clear photograph of the affected item and its packaging—this helps us put it right and stop it happening again.
  3. Tell us whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.

We do not ask you to return affected food—please dispose of it safely once we have what we need.

Late or undelivered orders

If your order does not arrive within the delivery window confirmed at checkout, contact us and we will resolve it—usually by re-delivering or refunding. In line with Qatari law, if an order is not delivered within 30 days you are entitled to cancel it and receive a full refund.

Cancelling, holding, or rescheduling an order

You can cancel an order at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. After that point your food has entered preparation—it is made fresh to order and cannot be reused—so it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. If your plans change, you don't always have to cancel. In some cases we can place your order on hold and deliver it on a future date instead. Email us at hello@littletummyqa.com as early as possible and we will arrange what works for you.

How refunds are issued

Where a refund or replacement is due, we will offer a replacement first, since the simplest fix is usually to send the order again, correctly. Where a refund is due instead, our preferred method is store credit or a Little Tummy gift card, issued through our online store. Store credit is applied quickly, never expires, and can be used on any future order. If you would prefer the amount returned to your original SkipCash payment, you may request that, and we will process it; card refunds are returned to the card used for the order and may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how a claim has been handled, you can raise a formal complaint by email to hello@littletummyqa.com, quoting your order number and the details. A member of our team will respond within 3 business days. We aim to resolve every complaint fairly and quickly.
