Shipping policy

We deliver our food ourselves, across Qatar. This policy covers orders placed on littletummyqa.com only. If you ordered through Talabat or Snoonu, your delivery is handled by that platform under its own terms—please contact them directly. Last updated: June 12, 2026.

Where we deliver: We deliver within Qatar. Orders to Doha arrive fastest; deliveries to other parts of Qatar may take a little longer.

When your order arrives: Order before 8:30 PM and we'll deliver the next day. We don't deliver on Fridays, so an order that would fall on a Friday is delivered on the next available day instead. Delivery times are estimates, and busier periods or weather can occasionally affect them—if anything changes with your order, we'll let you know.

Delivery charges: Delivery is QAR 25. Orders over QAR 200 are delivered free.

Fresh food and your delivery: Our food is fresh, perishable, and kept cold from our kitchen to your door. Please plan to receive your order and refrigerate or freeze it promptly, following the storage instructions on the label. Once your order is delivered and accepted, it's in your care. If anything arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as ordered, that's on us—tell us within 24 hours and we'll put it right under our Refund & Returns Policy. In line with Qatari law, if an order is not delivered within 30 days you are entitled to cancel it and receive a full refund.
