Ingredients

Millet, Basmati Rice, Chicken Breast, Carrots, Onions, Zucchini, Tomato, Tomato Paste, Bell Pepper, Coriander, Spinach, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Curry Powder, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Black Lime, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below. Stays fresh for up to 3 months. Cook directly from frozen—no need to thaw. Reheat once only. Do not refreeze.

Preparation

The Microwave Method (Best for Convenience)

1. Remove the tray from the cardboard sleeve.
2. Pierce the plastic film with a knife or fork several times (4–5 times is perfect to let the steam escape).
3. Place in the microwave on full heat for 90 seconds.
4. Important: Stop halfway through to give it a good stir. This ensures no cold spots remain hiding.
5. Let it stand for 1 minute so the heat distributes evenly before peeling back the film.


The Oven Method (Best for Texture)

If you have a bit more time, the oven brings out the best flavors.

1. Preheat your oven to 170°C – 175°C (340-350°F).
2. Cook from frozen for about 15–20 minutes until heated through.
3. Stir halfway through for even heating.
